This model is inspired by the famous Alien Gargoyle at Paisley Abbey in Scotland. High on the medieval abbey walls, among traditional stone carvings, sits a creature that looks suspiciously like the Xenomorph from the Alien films. The carving dates back to a restoration project carried out in the 1990s.
